In 2017, Charles launched a tech programme at his first secondary school in 1997, in Warri, Delta State where he introduced a tech sponsorship project and smart devices to enhance the school’s curriculum. He created a train-the-trainer guide to help the teachers understand the solution and be able to use these tools effectively. He also personally connected with keen pupils.
Students were being immersed in interactive science VR scenarios, alongside smart devices with AR experiential learning tools.

Charles introduced a self-funded scholarship programme for students from Primary through Secondary in the school. This sponsorship is ongoing to this day.
